BABY TALK: [ ACROSS LITE][ PDF]

No, this is not a puzzle pulled from every day life with Tabitha. First off, she’s not a baby. Second, she’s got a pretty darned big vocabulary. Third, she talks constantly. If I were to make a puzzle based on what Tabitha talks about, it would include dogs, monkeys, Lorde, her “big girl bed,” asking everyone what their favorite color is, and swimming. I guess that would have to make that a themeless puzzle, then. Maybe sometime in the future.
Reminder: Lollapuzzoola is this weekend. It’s the only crossword puzzle tournament in New York City. Lest you think crossword tournaments aren’t your thing, that’s not the case with Lolla. Since it’s run by two theater guys, the emphasis is on entertainment and showmanship. It’s kind of a cabaret that you can solve. Anyway, if you’re not doing anything, and you’ve got frequent flier miles to burn, get thee to it. Otherwise, support the indies and pick up a the Play At Home version. Okay? Okay.
Lastly, if you’d be interested in subscribing to a biweekly Marching Bands puzzle by yours truly, say $10 a year for 26 puzzles,
shoot me an email. No guarantees I’m doing this, I’m just trying to gauge public interest. In case you forgot what Marching Bands are like, try one here. Thanks.
Share the puzzle. New one with Lollapuzzoola recap on Monday.
33A isn’t spelled that way. Enjoyed the puzzle, though.
Yeah, the dollar is absolutely and without exception *never* spelled with a “y”. It’s always “ie”, no exceptions no discussion.
