THEMELESS MONDAY: [ ACROSS LITE][ PDF]
PROGRAMS: [Across Lite] [Adobe Reader]
Every now and again I set out to make a themeless grid that’s basically four massive chunks of white. I start with a killer seed entry and then start building out. Only thing is, with this one, I was mighty stubborn about (a) said starting seed entry and (b) making one of those chunky corner puzzles. And, well, the only way it was going to work to my liking was if I put an extra black square in the middle of that chunk of white. In doing so, I couldn’t help but see this grid as a yin yang. Here’s hoping that I achieve a yin yang-esque balance of fun in the puzzle.
If you’ve been thinking about chipping into this end-of-the-year-drive, but haven’t yet. Now’s your day. You know the drill, so I won’t repeat it (tldr: $10 = three bonus puzzles and good karma forever). I’ll just take a moment to thank everyone who’s given so far. And even if you can’t, just spread the word about how great these puzzles are and that’s more than enough. You guys are the best.
Share the puzzle. New one on Thursday.
Trick shot for effect? Maybe it’ll come to me but I don’t see it.
Thanks
It is a reach but I assume that it is talking about type of trick shot in a movie called a “special EFFECT.” Just looked and this is the interpretation on Amy Renaldo’s site.
