This one’s number two in my life-long quest to make a puzzle named after each of the presidents (here’s the first one). Wait, did I really say I’m making a puzzle for each of the presidents? I guess I just did. Though it’s much more likely that this concept will go the way that so many other “high concept” art projects go, stalling out after a couple valliant efforts. Anyway, get psyched for the upcoming Warren G. Harding crossword.
Share the puzzle. New one on Monday.
You might have to do two for Grover Cleveland.
You’d have to do one for Benjamin Harrison in between them, though.
Can’t wait for Millard Fillmore’s.
Don’t forget this guy (or do, since everybody else has): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Rice_Atchison
I look forward to OBAMA, where you do a themeless in the approximate shape of that O-logo he used in his campaign; WASHINGTON, where the theme answers are jokes about an insane amount of laundry to do; ADAMS, with a bunch of famous guys named Adam; JEFFERSON, where you ask whether it was Bezos, Bridges, Buckley or Dunham or their male kids who did a thing, and MADISON, where you turn the letters MAD into the letters ON and vice versa.
But I think my favorite is going to be NIXON, the one where you delete all those expletives.
