THEMELESS MONDAY: [ ACROSS LITE][ PDF]
PROGRAMS: [Across Lite] [Adobe Reader]
Tab’s summer vacation starts tomorrow. One hand: it’ll be fun to have her around more often. Other hand: it’s going to be hard to get work done. C’est la vie. Anyway, Themeless Monday up top to get your week started off with a bang. Dig in.
Reminder #1: The summer drive is in effect. In case you forgot, the puzzles here on this site are always free. No subscriptions. F-R-E-E. Enjoy them.
However, if you’ve been enjoying yourself these last couple (okay, six months), and you’ve got some money burning a hole in your pocket, a little tip helps keep the lights on at BEQ.com. Suggest donation of $15, please and thank you, through PayPal or Venmo preferred, but there’s always Zelle, checks, hell I’ll take crypto. Get in touch But again, only if you can. Feel free to ignore this request.
One randomly selected donor gets a book of mine. You can read the long-form appeal here.
Reminder #2: Marching Bands year TEN began last month! You should sign up today if you haven’t already! Click the above link for a sample puzzle and how to sign up.

Tale of 2 halves – breezy top and weird last 4 rows. Is 42A regional? 43D could be many letters. 44A and 46A are also unusual with little help from 42-D and 43-D crosses.
Also 23D crossing 30A and 28A seems off
The clue for 27A cracked me up…and brought back memories. Thanks for the puzzle, Brendan!
