Took Tab to Target the other day to grab some school supplies and all in it came to the princely sum of under $10. I had to double check that we got everything we needed, but nope. The whole kit and caboodle. $10! Incredible! Past years you most definitely could have put a crooked number in the tens column. Not that I’m complaining about it, oh no no no. It just sort of surprised me.
Then I got inspired to make a puzzle. Probably went a little overboard with the verbiage on the clues, but whatever. Enjoy.
Looking for more puzzles? The Hub Crossword (Sunday puzzles by me and Emily Cox and Henry Rathvon) and Marching Bands year seven have begun. So if that To Do list needs even more puzzles, you know what to do.
Share the puzzle. New one on Monday.
Maybe the bill came in under $10.00 because so much is online these days – must have been a nice surprise. I can remember having to get a compass and protractor among many other things.
I’ll take up Epistemology 101 so I can understand how I can do so well on these. Don’t think they even teach that in Hampton Roads so I’m stuck with what’s on the Internet.
Jane’s probably right…I can’t imagine school supplies costing less than $10!!! Anyway, I laughed at the puzzle — the clues were very funny and not overlong. Thanks, Brendan!
