THEMELESS MONDAY: [ ACROSS LITE][ PDF]
PROGRAMS: [Across Lite] [Adobe Reader]
Took some inspiration from my man Nam Jin Yoon who had a nice puzzle using this pattern. A tidy 68 worder. Also, gotta love the HTML file that for some reason, won’t start at 1-Across, but rather at the first across answer that starts in the first column. Specifically, 15-Across today. Note to self, fix that sometime. Anyway, hopefully you find the puzzle fun.
Looking for more puzzles? The Hub Crossword (Sunday puzzles by me and Emily Cox and Henry Rathvon) and Marching Bands year seven have begun. So if that To Do list needs even more puzzles, you know what to do.
Share the puzzle. New one on Thursday.
I love this puzzle. Thank you so much for including Pound’s “Ballad”…an amazing poem.
Great puzzle, tough, lot’s aha’s in the south. Loved the clue and answer for 35D.
Had no idea what AFAIK. Meaning “As Far As I Know.” I’d be using AAMOF *As A Matter of Fact”, something that most people probably couldn’t figure out. 54 Across: did not know of any male counterpart to the Karens out there. All I’m worry about are the Jennifers out there that are 100 times worse than the Karens. Plus you know the New York Times, CNN, MSNBC, etc. would put them to good use.
