LAUGH IT UP: [ ACROSS LITE][ PDF]
PROGRAMS: [Across Lite] [Adobe Reader]
Sort of spaced a bit this morning and almost ended up posting an Anthrax song alongside today’s post. But then I realized I misremembered the title of this puzzle and found a much better video to go with it. Everything was kosher again. It’s better that way. Lord knows I don’t want to have to explain my irrational love for Anthrax. “Empire,” however, I could talk about that all day. Don’t ask me about how I feel about the new Han Solo movie. I’m not sure I’m ready for that just yet.
Share the puzzle. New one on Monday.
Good puzzle, but for future reference, 38D is not half a tuna, it’s half of the term used for common dolphin fish (not the mammal) or Dorado. Tuna is simply Ahi. Trust me on this – I live 30 miles from the Gulf of Mexico – or look it up.
I solved it, but don’t get it. Can anyone explain?
4D: VVho taught you the difference btvvn adJECTIVES and adVERBS? Nevertheless, another fine BEQ product.
Yes. M precedes one of the vvords and Y succeeds the same. For example in the clue of MARROVVKEYS, M arrovv Y. A good piece of advice that’s obvious: look for MY or the letters in the ansvvers.
Huh??? Clear as mud, but thanks. Still not laughing yet …
How come you don’t have a “w” key???
Thx. See the trick but not ha-ha-ing.
