I can’t follow the logic behind 30 and 40 across.
Why is 30A the overseas equivalent of 40A?
Is it some acronym I’m not parsing? If so, I don’t think I’m familiar with either of them.
While I’m being greedy, is there a reason the clue for 39A says “briefly”? Isn’t the answer just the full word? I wasn’t familiar with that word as being short for anything?
