THEMELESS MONDAY: [ ACROSS LITE][ PDF]
PROGRAMS: [Across Lite] [Adobe Reader]
Strange pattern today, I’m not really entirely sure what lead to the 4×6 down chunk intersecting the other long answers going across. I mean, it’s no surprise where I started in the upper right, and I guess the answers just kept dictating the shape. While I’m doing this write-up now, I wonder what I was thinking with those curved corners at the ends of 10-12 Down. I guess “cleanliness.” Do these Monday posts come across a little how sausages are made? You tell me. Anyway, forgive the stream of consciousness because now that I’m thinking about sausages. And that answers the question of what I’ll have for lunch.
Share the puzzle. New one on Thursday.
Are you channeling Hayley Gold? Isn’t she great? I had many chuckles with this puzzle — thanks.
Always enjoy a nice 37A reference. Thanks as always.
FWIW 3D Big Bertha was a howitzer, not a machine gun.
I always enjoy the write-ups and think the glimpses into how your think are fun. Keep up the great work.
That was a very tight puzzle. That fill was EXCELLENT!
